I started a gratitude journal today. During the past few months I seemed to be angry at the most non-essential elements in my life. Although I understand where the anger stems from I'm not sure how to handle it, less control it. I decided to concentrate on the blessings in my life by writing them down- as a reminder. After I wrote down my first entry I continued to write down a memory from my childhood. So my journal became a two-fold aid in the anger process. So far so good even though my book binder doesn't look this cute.
P.S. Happy Birthday to my lil' bro who turns 42 today!
