Yum Yum

I made these today.

Peppermint Bark Oreos

The entire process came from ideas garnered off one of my favorite websites. It's not hard to guess. 
Melt almond bark.  Dip Oreos (I used double stuff), place on wax paper and sprinkle on peppermint (I pulverized candy canes in my food processor).  Something new I learned - melt almond bark using a slow cooker.  Easier to check out the direct website.  New-  I melted the almond bark in a rectangular glass dish and left in the slow cooker while I dipped the cookies.
