Two days ago on Monday I accomplished ten minutes of ab work. During that time I thought to myself- "Mmm- I'm not feeling it much. I wonder about tomorrow..." And yes not only did I feel it yesterday I'm still feeling it this morning! I found a number of "Ten Minute Solution" workouts on Netflix, which I love because I never have to find the workout DVD and before exiting the stream I back up to the part of where I want to begin the next time. No excuses available.
