Just like Rome I need to keep in mind that my habits weren't created in a day but rather over a period of time. I think Einstein defined insanity as-doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results. According to him I've been nutty for a decade. Ten years ago Samantha was turning three, Emma was seven months and I was exhausted. Now, with no excuses to be had I've come to terms that 'if it is to be-it is up to me'! Get ir' done.
