Truly. Most times when I start (or re-start) this process of reshaping my body through proper nutrition and exercise I have a vague, fuzzy notion of the results. I have a picture from my first 5K (from high school) which shows the results of a summer of running and eating nutritionally. Do I think I can return to that stage? Not really-not yet anyway. I'm still in the first stages of an uphill trek and right now my knees hurt and the top of the mountain is shrouded in clouds. All I know is that I want to see the view from the peak without really knowing what that looks like. Today- aerobic-30 minutes-OUTSIDE-suburb with minimal hills. Abs-25x2 leg lifts, 25 sit ups, 25 crunches.
