Lost

Sometimes one can feel lost when there isn't a daily routine, but I'm actually referring to the t.v. show-Lost- that aired for a number of years.  I never watched it during that time but I did hear the hoopla surrounding the show.  I surfed Netflix looking for a show to watch as I exercised on the treadmill. I chose this one and watched the pilot during my run/walk today.  I'm hooked-so far.  In the past there are shows that I will faithfully watch for the first few years and then either my focus changes or the show does-and then I'll drop it like a hot potato.  Shows left-120.  I wonder how far I'll be able to run by then if I remain constant to my goal.  Today-30 minute aerobic only: treadmill- 12 running, 18 walking.
