I Did!

The weekend is here and this question is pertinent for today. Saturday-when the daily routine is non-existent.  I have to look at the schedule and make a concrete appointment to exercise.  If I don't, all else  creeps in, takes over and before I know it the day is over.  While I'm definitely not a "first thing in the morning" exerciser the chances of getting the job done goes down exponentially after lunch.  Why is that?  I don't know-but now that it has been said aloud-I realize the chances of success goes up if I exercise in a specific part of the day.  Today- aerobic- treadmill- walked 41 minutes, 2.05 minutes while I watched Lost- Season 1 Episode 4.
